Firearms manufacturers need to file their Form 5300.11
“Annual Firearms Manufacturing and Exportation Report Under 18 U.S.C. Chapter 44, Firearms”
Manufacturers have until 1 April to file the report for the preceding year. You can print the form from the ATF website and mail it in or fax it in:
