FNH USA (www.fnusa.com) is now producing a semi-auto versions of their select-fire battle rifles. The new rifle, called the FN 15? will be available in either the FN 15 Carbine with a 16 inch barrel and the FN 15 rifle which will have a 20 in barrel. The guns features a removable carry handle and button broached, chrome lined barrel. They are naturally chambered in 5.56 X 45 and come with 1, 30-round magazine.

Windham Weaponry (www.windhamweaponry.com) continues to make outstanding rifles and they now have a .308 version. It’s called the .308 SRC. It has a forged aluminum receiver with integral trigger guard as well as swivel sockets machined into both sides. The gun is a carbine with a 16.5 inch medium weight barrel, collapsible stock and comes with a 20-round PMAG.

Gemtech (www.gem-tec.com) is now making an integrally suppressed barrel for the Ruger 10/22 series of rifles. This new barrel features a monocore suppressor with a removable tube to allow easy cleaning. Used with Gemtech’s subsonic .22 LR ammunition this rifle is said to be the ultimate in quiet. Gemtech is now also producing their own 300 Blackout subsonic ammunition which is loaded with a 187 grain polymer tipped bullet that has a velocity of 1010 feet per second.

Battenfield Technologies, Inc. (www.btibrands.com), has just introduced probably one of the neatest black rifles accessories that has been produced in a while.. Their new Caldwell AR-15 Mag Charger can load 50 rounds of .223 ammo directly into a magazine in 10 under seconds. This new magazine loader accepts 50 rounds dumped straight from the original box, or Caldwell’s 50 round ammunition cases. and fits any AR style magazine or drum. It will load .223, 5.56 and .204 ammunition.

Timney Triggers (www.timneytriggers.com) now has a 3.5 pound, very crisp trigger for the IWI USA Tavor rifle. The new trigger comes as a complete drop-in pack, just pull 2 disassembly pins, drop out the original Tavor pack and drop in the new Timney. It gives the Tavor battle rifle a match grade trigger.

Serbu Firearms (www.serbu.com) has a new AR-15/M-16 rifle available. The new rifle features a quick change barrel system that accepts any standard AR 15 type barrel and gas tube. The gun is a direct gas impingement type and has a billet monolithic upper and forearm rail. It also has a side mounted ambidextrous cocking handle and the recoil system is contained in the upper so it can be used with a folding stock.

TNW Firearms, Inc. (www.twnfirearms.com), has new carbine called the Aero Survival Rifle. The pistol caliber rifle has a removable barrel and comes in 9mm, .40 S&W and .45 ACP. It’s fed from Glock magazines and breaks down for stowing. The rifle will be available with 2 complete calibers fitted in its own backpack.

Inteliscope is an ingenious device that lets an iPhone be attached to your firearm and becomes ballistic compensating optic. You can change calibers, firearms and even reticle patterns instantly with the free downloadable software. It also allows taking videos or still photos of your hunt or tactical situation. At the show they introduced a new model that accepts just about any smartphone and they now have the software for Android phones. The new unit comes with an improved heavy duty mount. It can be used on anything up to and including 12 gauge. It also displays the users exact GPS coordinates.

Kryptek (www.kryptek.com) had a booth at this years show displaying their unusual reptilian camouflage. This new camo works extremely well, looks great and comes in colors for any situation. IWI USA had a Tavor rifle at their booth that had been done in Kryptek’s Highlander pattern that was probably the coolest looking gun at the show.

Sage International Ltd., (www.sageinternational.com) long known for their vast assortment of 37 and 40 MM munitions had a very interesting firearms mount at their booth. This new mount fits the pintle of either of the military .30 or .50 caliber tripods and allows any firearms with a bottom mounted rail to be locked into it. It also features a spring loaded, recoil absorbing system built right into it.
